Adult Learning Symposium 2010
The Adult Learning Symposium is hosted annually by the Institute for Adult Learning, Singapore to support the professional development of the continuing education and training community in Singapore and the advancement of adult learning.
This year the Symposium will focus on the theme ‘Adult Learning: Skills, Productivity, Professionalism’.
It will feature international and local speakers who are thought leaders in the field of adult education or are engaged in the development and delivery of adult and continuing education.
The broad aims of the Symposium are:

To allow participants to benefit from the experience and knowledge of international and local thought leaders and for practitioners to share best practice.

To provide an opportunity for delegates to engage in dialogue with their peers on issues related to continuing education and training.

To advance ideas and promote professional action in key areas of policy and practice relevant to contemporary Continuing Education and Training in Singapore.
